Spatial has released Analogue 2, an end-to-end platform that enables creative teams to work together in full 3D context – reviewing, iterating, and finalising high-fidelity projects in real time, built natively for Apple Vision Pro.

Analogue 2 features native support for the OpenUSD standard, enabling integration into established 3D pipelines and eliminating compatibility issues that have long plagued immersive content production. Spatial is an early member of the Alliance for OpenUSD since its founding in 2023.

“The launch of Analogue 2 represents a defining moment, not just for Spatial, but for how we approach immersive design in the era of spatial computing,” said Spatial CEO Calin Pacurariu.

“By providing easy access to real, everyday utility, this launch demystifies spatial development for creative teams with tools that are as intuitive as they are powerful. This lays the foundation for a more open, immersive design ecosystem that extends far beyond any single platform.”Spatial-Analogue-2-launch-auto-configurator

Analogue 2 introduces a new set of capabilities built for designers collaborating using Apple Vision Pro, offering two immersive modules: Workspace and Designer.

Workspace acts as the central hub where teams can manage and organise projects, and control a centralised asset library. Using SharePlay, design reviews can become collaborative real-time sessions.

Designer leverages room tracking in visionOS, allowing the user to place and manipulate digital 3D assets using hand gestures. Users can create a series of Viewpoints to guide a team or client on a curated journey through a design, while allowing for the  tags and feedback to be attached to the model.

Spatial also announced that later this year its platform will expand further with the launch of Analogue 3, which will be optimised for Apple visionOS 26, incorporating support for real-time collaboration with native support for Logitech Muse, a digital pencil designed for use with the Apple Vision Pro spatial computing headset.

Analogue Portal, Spatial’s upcoming companion app allows all team members to access immersive content across Apple products, including iPhone, iPad and Mac.
