In the heart of Soho’s vinyl store mecca, Bacardi’s Beginnings campaign is opening the first 3D printing record store with the help of Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke, marking the first original track to be released on 3D printed format.

For the final creative project in its music mentoring programme, Kele and his chosen emerging artist Bobbie Gordon will release their brand-new, original track ‘Down Boy’ on a 3D-printable format.

Working with technologist Amanda Ghassaei who developed the bespoke technique and programme for converting digital audio files into 3D-printable format, the shop will use a Stratasys Objet machine on loan from IPF.
