CAD data translation solution, Hoops Exchange, has added support for SolidWorks 2017 to its latest release of the file viewing tool.
By integrating the Hoops Exchange translators into an application, users can read Parasolid-based CAD formats like SolidWorks, SolidEdge and NX with ‘zero modification to the data into the Parasolid modelling kernel’.
As well as Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks, support for Siemens PLM SolidEdge has been updated to version 9 as well as NX to version 11.
