Two of the iconic SR-71A aircraft were loaned from the U.S. Air Force for use in NASA’s high-speed, high-altitude research. Just Look At It!!! These were the last remaining airworthy Blackbirds before retirement in 1999.


‘Aerospace Appreciation Night’ at the Lancaster Jethawks saw Apollo 11 Astronaut ‘Buzz’ Aldrin (ie. A Solid Gold Frickin’ Legend) throws out the first pitch in a style that suggests he thought he was still on the moon.
