BETA CAE Systems has announced its new Ansa/Epilysis/Meta suite v17.0.5, boosting performance for the multidisciplinary CAE pre- and post-processing tools.
Ansa sees improvements to CAD translation when importing .igs files, the model browser, data management and production of volume meshes.
Meta now supports further interfaces, including specific Abaqus input files, and receives advancements in graphics display with shell element faults with Nvidia Quadro K4000 GPUs now solved.
Interestingly, support for the 32-bit platform has been discontinued for all operating systems.
The new suite is available to download now.
