Santa Cruz mountain bikes took to the stage at PTC’s LiveWorx event to announce PTC ThingWorx Converge
PTC’s Internet of Things (IoT) ThingWorx platform has been advanced for companies that create, operate and service manufactured products, with its latest Converge extension.
Announced at the company’s LiveWorx event in Boston, ThingWorx Converge will aim to provide companies with an IoT hub that offers more efficient and secure ways to access, collect, organise and expose the data, events and services of connected devices.
“Companies need a consistent framework for application developers, system integrators and technology providers to develop modular and sustainable IoT applications for smart products,” said Howard Heppelmann, general manager, connected product management, PTC.
“The ThingWorx Converge offering leverages a common data model and connects all the people who need access to the IoT hub for a more efficient process.”
