3DPrinterOS has expanded its cloud-based 3D printer management platform Bambu Lab X1, A1, P1, and newly added H2 models to allow for easier fleet set-up and print management.

With the integration, users can connect multiple Bambu Lab printers to 3DPrinterOS for centralised fleet management, including control of print queues, real-time monitoring, and detailed performance analytics.

All print preparation options inside the Bambu slicer software remain part of the workflow, with models sliced for optimal quality, then passed into 3DPrinterOS’ management platform for printing, logging and collaboration.

The unified approach reduces administrative bottlenecks and can delivers more consistent, scalable 3D printing across factories, workshops, design studio, labs and classrooms.

“Scaling 3D printing across large organisations presents unique operational and security challenges,” said 3DPrinterOS global sales VP Rene-Oscar Ariko.

“Our expanded integration with Bambu Lab simplifies that complexity, while our local server and private cloud solutions help Fortune 500 companies safeguard devices and data within their own secure networks.”

The 3DPrinterOS Bambu Lab platform promises a secure, browser-based interface compatible with all major devices, including Chromebooks. Its advanced features, such as role-based access control, automated notifications and integrations with Autodesk Fusion look to streamline the 3D printing workflow.

The expanded integration supports 3D print farm administrators while keeping the user experience smooth and straightforward for individuals.

A single cloud dashboard provides real-time status updates for every Bambu printer, while the ability to approve or reject a print job before it starts is simplified. Users can restrict sensitive materials or advanced settings to approved personnel, and also provide full audit trails.
