With the goal of recognising talented students currently studying 3D Design and Photography at university or college, the Domeble Symetri Student Awards has launched for 2021.
The inaugural Domeble Symetri Student Awards, is being run solely in the UK, reaching across nearly 200 universities and colleges, and running through to 30 July 2021, with the grand awards ceremony now to be held on 10 September 2021.
There are several categories to enter – either for 3D Design, animation or VR – as well as an award for the best overall education establishment.
The awards have teamed-up with coveted names across the 3D design, CGI and VR spectrum to provide cash prizes as well as internship opportunities and access to training courses to the winners, while DEVELOP3D is the competition Media Sponsor.
A highly proficient judging panel includes ZeroLight technical director Chris O’Connor; Taylor James Automotive Group head Keith Jeffrey and Domeble founder Carl Lyttle.
How to enter the Domeble Symetri Student Awards
Entry is open to those over the age of 18 studying a recognised National Qualification Course, and is open to students living overseas providing they are enrolled on a course in the UK.
Work submitted must not have previously been successful in any other competition in any form entries may only be submitted online through the upload portal links under each category description.
Each Entrant can submit an unlimited number of entries, but each image can only be entered once into any single category.
Online entry will be open until noon on 30 July 2021.
Entrants will be notified of the Judges’ decision by email.
