SolidProfessor now offering online 3ds Max training

New online courses for 3ds Max are now available from the former SolidWorks-focused site SolidProfessor

An Autodesk 3ds Max professional course is now available from online training dons SolidProfessor, aiming to boost your visualisation output with the software.

With over 8 hours of video instruction, the course is set to cover the fundamentals of using 3ds Max to give the user the skills to create 2D and 3D assets, from standard primitives and textures, to rendering MassFX tools.

The online, video-based lessons cost $299 a year, or $29 per month for an individual, and are designed to let you to learn from certified instructors at your own pace, on your own time.
Courses vary from a beginners introduction to 3ds Max – from the user interface and working environment, to applying materials, lights and cameras to render scenes – to the intermediate course where skills are refined, with interior rendering techniques, more advanced material types and video set-ups.

Having been producing training videos as an official SolidWorks solution partner since 2004, the company has since branched out to include a wide swathe of the Autodesk design suite, and also MasterCAM, CAMworks and SketchUp.
