ModuleWorks’ CAM simulation can now be used within FastSuite’s factory floor production layout tools to enable a smoother workflow
German CAM software experts ModuleWorks has partnered with digital factory processes firm Cenit to integrate its tools into its FastSuite production layout tools.
The latest edition of FastSuite enables users to create, program, simulate and optimise the production environment, while the forthcoming integrated ModuleWorks components should strengthen and advance the robotic and CNC machining capabilities.
ModuleWorks’ multi-axistoolpath calculation and simulation software as well as a specialised component for laser aided manufacturing applications.
The integration work is ongoing and components for offset roughing have already been integrated into the latest release of FastSuite Edition 2.
