Authentise adds three new integrations to Authentise Flow

Three new Authentise integrations are set to expand Authentise Flows and the Digital Design Warehouse. 3D Spark, Digifabster, and Paperless Parts will now be integrated into the workflow software.

The full integration of 3D Spark into Authentise’s Digital Design Warehouse will automatically analyse CAD files for manufacturability, cost, lead times, and CO₂ footprint across multiple production technologies.

The insights will be embedded into a searchable design library where users can explore new additive manufacturing opportunities. Part libraries will be automatically evaluated for additive feasibility, materials, and cost comparisons against traditional methods.

The addition of Digifabster’s instant quote software will mean that accepted quotes are automatically converted into production orders including material specifications, post-processing details, and traceable customer data. Order status updates can be shared between production, sales teams and customer.

“Quotes don’t just get accepted, they get built. Together, we’re removing the last bit of friction between the front office and the factory floor,” said Digifabster CEO Konstantin Ivanov.

For additive and precision manufacturers’ orders confirmed in Paperless Parts will be automatically transferred into Flow. This will include all relevant order details such as STL files, ITAR status and material specifications. Production teams can track progress and assign tasks within the software.

Expanding Authentise Flow to include three new integrations aims to streamline processes across design, quoting and production management.

Authentise has also announced its part in DECSAM — Digitally Enabled Competitive & Sustainable Additive Manufacturing — a UK programme led by Airbus to make laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) 3D printing more cost-effective, productive and sustainable for flight-ready aerospace parts. The four-year project runs from June 2024 – June 2028 under the ATI Programme, supported by Innovate UK and the UK Department for Business & Trade.
