Wacom has released Movink, its lightest HD OLED pen display with a 13.3” screen, weighing only 420 grams and including the Wacom Pro Pen 3.
The Movink measures 4mm at its thinnest point, making it the thinnest Wacom pen display so far, and uses a Corning Gorilla Glass screen with a magnesium alloy body.
The screen features 10-bit colour, a contrast ratio of 100,000:1 and 95% Adobe RGB coverage.
It is validated by Pantone and calibrated to industry standards, storing up to two colour profiles. It can also be hardware calibrated with Wacom Colour Manager.
The Wacom Pro Pen 3 features a carbon shaft nib and includes a nib remover and three replacement nibs.
The Movink is compatible with a wide range of digital pens alongside the Pro Pen 3, including both older versions of Wacom Pro Pens as well as digital partners including Staedtler, Lamy, and all Samsung digital pens.
It is also compatible with most operating systems, including Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Android.
To connect to an operating system, a USB-C cable is needed.
The bezel can be used for shortcuts and is the slimmest in any Wacom display.
The Movink is supported by Wacom Bridge, a solution which is intended to improve remote desktop connections.
The Wacom Foldable Stand is separately available, and features an aluminium structure with six-point support for a 20 degree working angle.
Additional accessories include the Wacom Movink Tablet Sleeve and the Wacom Rollup Case, alongside a HDMI converter which is anticipated to be released later this year.
