Adding to its growing range aimed at professionals, XYZprinting has launched a curing chamber for SLA and DLP prints for better finishing of parts.
Using a 24 watt UV lamp to circle around the printed object every 30 seconds, the unit provides a strong, consistent coating of UV light that aids reducing stickiness from resin for a clean and smooth finish.
With an elegant, compact design, the max curing size still can reach Ø180 x H200 mm, while lamp life is expected to be around 10,000 hours, ensuring lots of parts can be processed.
Prices are yet to be confirmed, yet given the company’s history at producing low cost printers expect it to be affordable.
