Conflux Technology has announced a new business hub that will be opening in the United Kingdom later this quarter, to serve the expanding European market.

The growing European market includes aerospace, automotive and motorsport manufacturing. Currently, clients based in Europe make up over 35% of Conflux’s portfolio.

The opening of the UK hub celebrates ten years since Conflux developed and patented its first heat exchanger using additive manufacturing in 2015, one year after the company began.

The UK hub will initially focus on R&D, materials certification, and supporting customers with local supply chain constraints. Conflux plans for the site to scale into a fully operational production centre as customer demand increases as predicted.

“Europe is a key market for us,” said CEO Michael Fuller.

“Conflux UK will not only shape the future of the automotive, motorsport and aerospace markets, but also establish supply chain resilience, so we’re excited and ready to expand our operations and work closer with some truly innovative companies.”

Current partnerships with European brands include Rocket Factory Ausberg, AMCM and several Formula 1 teams.

Conflux Technology provides design, engineering and production of additive manufactured heat exchangers, and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.

Conflux’s current global representatives span locations including Japan, Germany, North America, the Middle East and Africa.

The Conflux Production System combines thermo-fluid design expertise with metal additive manufacturing to produce heat exchangers that are tailored to meet the performance demands of a variety of industries.

Conflux anticipates that expanding into the UK will bring this technology to the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe.
